Hi,
the original muffler is divided into two pieces. The first one is the head pipe and goes
down from the head a bit back of the footpegs. The Jardine however is one piece.
The white spacer is a small white plastic ring inside the carburator to keep the needle from
going all the way up. In there for emission control bullcrap, whatever.
Open up top cover off carb, take out rubber diaphram, plate held by two screws and out comes
this white spacer.
